Prior to our meal we will gather at 6.15pm at the Holyrood Church for a glass of sparking wine or orange juice.
The Mayor and Mayoress of Southampton will arrive at 6:30pm.
We then walk across the road to the restaurant.
The restaurant would like us to take our seats at 7pm.
